Veronicavon - Nothing's For Certain
The LA duo formed of songwriters Chris Hackman and Xuan Nguyen release their debut single 'Nothing's For Certain', a lo-fi pop tune that your ears are gonna love.
Somewhere between Grimes, Pink Pantheress, and Blood Orange, the duo have carved out their own sound accompanied by ethereal vocals. Lovely stuff!

Leopard Rays - Curtain Call
Getting some big 90s vibes from Leopard Rays' latest single 'Curtain Call'; languid vocals meet huge chorus hooks for the band's new indie tune.
Hailing from Hartlepool, the four-piece have had their lives soundtracked by the likes of Oasis and Pearl Jam, and those old-school sounds can be heard in 'Curtain Call's guitar tones and gang vocals. This one would be great to hear live!

Joe Traxler - Lifeline
Do we even need to introduce Joe Traxler? The indie-pop artist has appeared on our blog so many times, he's practically a celeb 'round these parts!
Returning with a stunning new single 'Lifeline', he's blown us away once again. Early 00s beats and airy synths make for a somewhat paradoxical nostalgic-yet-futuristic sound, and the lyrics, as always, are perfectly formed. A+, Joe!

Bares - Fruit
We seem to be following a theme of late 90s and early 00s sounds today! Bares is a Melbourne-based soul-pop artist, and 'Fruit' is her laid-back latest single.
I forget how tame our Summers are in the UK - this song serves as a reminder of how harsh and intense warmer weather can be in the Southern Hemisphere. Lush harmonies, though!
